Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a polished Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team at a well-regarded 4-star hotel in Pretoria. You will oversee front desk operations, ensure a warm welcome, and deliver seamless service throughout guests' stay.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a hotel front desk supervisory role, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience with reservation systems. A Hospitality Management diploma is advantageous.
