Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services or front desk roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the guest services desk, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Train and mentor guest services staff, fostering a professional work environment.
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and escalate when needed.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements.
