Responsibilities include managing reservations, service flow, events, budgeting and compliance with health and safety standards, with a strong emphasis on etiquette and guest relations in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5-7+ years of front-of-house management experience, including 2-3 years in a senior role at a high-end restaurant or luxury setting.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
