Job summary

We are a 31 room Boutique Hotel with an onsite fine dining restaurant and Conference facilities, situated half way between Gauteng and Durban, home away from home for business travelers and leisure travelers alike. Are you a natural leader with a passion for exceptional service and an eye for finer detail? We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Floor Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead from the front — overseeing daily floor operations, inspiring staff, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience. You’ll coordinate service, manage reservations, handle guest feedback with professionalism, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
