Placements24 is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a well-established hotel in Centurion, Gauteng. You will oversee daily front desk operations, manage check-ins/outs, and lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong customer service and leadership abilities, proficiency with PMS, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Centurion residents or willing to relocate encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent or similar customer service role.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, schedule, and guide front desk agents; foster a positive team environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to front desk policies and procedures.
• Oversee room inventory and reservations coordination with the reservations team.
• Supervise cash handling and guest billing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Implement upselling strategies for room upgrades and services.
