About the Role

You will play a critical role in shaping the culinary reputation of the establishment and enhancing the guest experience within the dynamic Hospitality & Tourism sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic F&B initiatives to enhance revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning.
• Manage all aspects of F&B operations, including menu engineering, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.

Requirements
