This senior role drives revenue, cost control, and quality across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service, leading a talented team with innovative menus and beverage programs.

You will shape the F&B identity of a key establishment in the North West province, delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in food & beverage management with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
• Proven success managing multiple F&B outlets, banqueting, and room service.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations including menu planning, procurement, and service standards.

• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
