Lindt in Johannesburg is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassador to deliver world-class service in our premium chocolate shop. You will greet customers, upsell, handle POS transactions, manage tills, and contribute to a memorable in-store experience.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior retail experience preferred. You will work as part of a team, maintain store standards, and participate in stock management and daily

Formación

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.
• Grade 12 and basic Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across the store and over the phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable shopping experience.
• Educate customers about Lindt products and handling.
• Upsell and drive sales while maintaining excellent service.
• Process POS transactions and manage tills, including end-of-shift procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual presentation.
• Assist with stock counts, unloading deliveries, and replenishment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards and company policies.
