Qualificações

• Proven admin experience, ideally in logistics, transport, or fleet management.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules a plus.
• Understanding of SA transportation regulations is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced depot environment in Stellenbosch.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Process and manage all delivery-related documentation, including waybills, proofs of deliveries, and customer feedback forms.
• Assist in the creation and management of driver schedules and rosters.
• Monitor and report on key fleet performance indicators, such as fuel consumption and mileage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations.
• Liaise with drivers, operations managers, and external service providers to resolve administrative issues.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and fleet-related consumables.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to logistics and fleet operations.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new drivers and logistical staff.
