Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Logistics Administrator to support transportation operations in Bloemfontein. You will maintain records, manage data entry, and coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in an admin or customer service role in logistics, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in admin or customer service in logistics/transportation is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage data related to shipments, deliveries, and drivers.
• Maintain organized records of transportation documentation.
• Assist scheduling pickups, deliveries, and driver assignments.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Process invoices and other transportation-related documents.
