Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or similar admin role.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with logistics software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage efficient schedules for the fleet of vehicles and drivers.
• Coordinate dispatch and tracking of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and route adherence.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including delivery times, routes and transport costs.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to address logistical issues.
• Process and manage documentation related to shipments, permits, and compliance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in resolving logistical challenges and implement improvements.
