Placements24 is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator in East London to manage daily fleet activities, maintenance scheduling, and driver support. The role requires attention to regulatory compliance and accurate fleet documentation.

You will track mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance using fleet software, ensuring safety and licensing requirements are met. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or qualification in Logistics or Fleet Management is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fleet or transport environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
• Familiarity with fleet management software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Track vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records using fleet management software.
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Support drivers with operational queries and assist in resolving any immediate vehicle-related issues.
• Process invoices related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and operational expenses.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all fleet-related activities and documentation.
