Qualifications

Minimum Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
5–10 years in new business sales, preferably in fleet services or financial services.
Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors.
Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to tailor leasing and fleet solutions.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships for long-term partnerships.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reporting.
Represent WesBank Fleet Management and Leasing at industry events and client meetings.
