Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: HND in Marketing, Sales or Business.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 5–10 years in new business sales, preferably fleet services.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors, with a focus on commercial vehicles.
• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand usage and cost considerations, then propose tailored leasing and fleet solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets for new business and non-interest income.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (credit, operations, product teams) and external clients.
• Represent WesBank Fleet Management at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
