Qualifications

• 5–10 years in new business sales, fleet services, leasing or financial services.
• Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients.
• Conduct client needs analysis and propose tailored leasing solutions.
• Drive revenue growth and hit monthly/annual targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
