FNB South Africa is recruiting for a Fleet Management and Leasing deal maker in Bloemfontein. You will source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients, analyze operational requirements, and tailor leasing solutions to improve profitability and market position.

You will drive revenue, manage internal and client relationships, and monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors. A strong financial background and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in new business sales, preferably in fleet services, leasing, or financial services.
• Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial data and forecast outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors, focusing on commercial vehicles.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor leasing and fleet management solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including value-added services.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients for long-term partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reporting.
