Job summary

You will manage end-to-end client engagement and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored leasing solutions. 5–10 years in fleet sales, strong financial literacy, and ability to interpret data are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in new business sales, preferably in fleet services, leasing, or financial services.
• Proven ability to source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors, focusing on commercial vehicles.
• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to tailor leasing and fleet management solutions.
• Drive revenue by achieving monthly and annual sales targets for new business acquisition.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients for long-term partnerships.
• Represent WesBank Fleet Management and Leasing at industry events and client meetings; travel within Limpopo region as required.
