Job summary

Qualifications

• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused approach with strong communication and problem solving.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Unendorsed code 08/EB or C10 driver’s license with at least 1 year continuous driving.
• Clear criminal record with no pending cases.
• Mechanical knowledge (theory and practical).
• Matric or equivalent with proven service environment experience.
• In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle spares with contacts for technical support.
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
• Ability to drive unaccompanied.
• Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with multitasking and PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, repairs and movement of damaged vehicles and arrange collections/deliveries.
• Maintain accurate service and damage records and update vehicle histories.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and provide feedback to management.
• Update service movements and update vehicles’ service history.
• Capture damage movements and related paperwork, including HB numbers.
• Monitor fleet movement, fleet checks and overall quality.
• Ensure adherence to POPIA guidelines and company policies.
• Complete daily administration before leaving the office.
