Job summary

Groupe CFAO in East London (Eastern Cape, South Africa) is seeking a Depot Administrator for Car Rental operations at Hertz Rent A Car. You will manage and control vehicle claims, damages and repairs daily, ensure timely data entry, and liaise with panel shops to restore vehicles quickly.

The role requires Grade 12, a valid code 08 driver’s license, MS Office skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s License (Code 08).
• Own reliable transport is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control claims, damages and repairs on a daily basis at the depot.
• Identify all out of service cars and coordinate their handling.
• Load all claims on Drive within 48 hours.
• Ensure glass and tyre vehicle repairs are completed within stated timelines.
• Liaise daily with panel shops to quote, collect, repair and return vehicles quickly.
• Follow up daily on vehicle progress and record delays.
