Job summary

Rightside in Johannesburg (Kempton Park) is seeking an experienced JHB Fleet/Operations Assistant to support nationwide fleet activities. The role involves coordinating vehicle inspections, mobility planning, and overseeing service providers to ensure fleet reliability.

You will manage vehicle tracking, 3rd party liaison, and maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with COF, roadworthiness, and licensing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 3 beneficial)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem Solving Skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong organisational and planning skills, such such as shift handover plans and execution
• Vehicle and Fleet knowledge
• 3 to 5 years Fleet management experience required
