This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and cost control, with on-site oversight and remote tasks balancing. You will collaborate with drivers, service providers, and insurers to keep fleet operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and vehicle tracking systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with drivers and service providers.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, preferably in Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of all fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement.
