Job summary

Delta-v in Cape Town offers the Go-to-Market Academy, a two-year program designed to accelerate your path to leadership in sales, technology, and business growth. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to fast-growing international SaaS and FinTech clients.

You'll start with execution, then progress toward leading others, gaining experience with senior decision-makers across international markets and building world-class sales skills and strategy throughout the academy.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree.
• 2 years in a customer-facing role (sales experience advantageous).
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior business leaders.
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR FRESH GRADS WITH NO WORK EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-value companies and decision-makers.
• Engage senior executives through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Book meetings and product demonstrations with C-level stakeholders.
• Participate in customer conversations and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and business strategy.
• Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
