Qualifications

• Completed university degree
• 2 years in a customer-facing role (sales advantageous)
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS or FinTech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with senior business leaders
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-value companies and decision-makers
• Engage senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Generate qualified sales opportunities
• Book meetings and product demonstrations with C-level stakeholders
• Participate in customer conversations and go-to-market initiatives
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and business strategy
• Continuously improve through coaching, training, and feedback
