Placements24 is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager for a flagship Pietermaritzburg venue, KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff performance, and profitability in a high-volume setting.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and expertise in F&B operations. You will mentor teams, optimize costs, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive traffic and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and inventory.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of Pietermaritzburg market is a plus.
