You will be responsible for daily operations, staff training and development, inventory management, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement and maintain service standards, protocols, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage supplies to optimize profitability.
