Placements24 is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for a high-profile fine-dining restaurant in Kimberley. You will lead daily operations, coach front-of-house teams, and partner with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on service quality, cost control, and driving profitability in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervisory roles within hospitality, strong people skills, and a passion for wine and food.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role in hospitality.
• Proven track record managing a team and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and train front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bartenders).
• Ensure compliance with policies, service standards and procedures.
• Manage F&B inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Maintain high hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the venue.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
