Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality, service and presentation.
• Develop innovative seasonal menus reflecting current trends and brand identity.
• Lead, train and mentor the kitchen brigade; foster excellence and collaboration.
• Manage food costs, inventory and supplier relationships for profitability.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance (HACCP).
• Collaborate with front-of-house to enhance guest experiences.
• Control the kitchen budget including labour and expenses.
• Maintain creativity and consistency in food preparation and plating.
