Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager for an upscale restaurant in Klerksdorp, North West. The role requires strategic leadership of all F&B operations, menu development with the Head Chef, inventory control, staff training, and financial oversight to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in F&B management, strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience in fine dining or luxury settings.
• Expertise in menu engineering, beverage management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and current F&B trends.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in Klerksdorp or North West is advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in South Africa.

Responsabilidades
