Ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of fine dining leadership, strong wine knowledge and ability to manage budgets. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required to maintain top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, beverage and wine.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, staff management and guest relations.
• Ensure highest standards of service, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train the restaurant team, focusing on service etiquette, menu knowledge and wine pairing.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and control costs (labor and inventory).
• Maintain strict hygiene, health and safety compliance.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
