Qualifications

• Experience in a high-profile corporate environment and corporate governance awareness.
• Degree would be beneficial and HR exposure/experience is preferred.
• Technical facilities background (Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management or related job experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client onboarding with a focus on onboarding efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to draft and execute service level agreements.
• Oversee onboarding clearance and go-live approvals with KYC compliance.
• Identify and mitigate onboarding risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
