Job summary

You will handle onboarding end-to-end, verify documents, and maintain records while liaising with clients, banks, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, investments, compliance, or administration.
• Strong understanding of FICA/KYC requirements and client onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Review, verify, and maintain FICA/KYC documentation.
• Conduct ongoing client reviews and remediation processes.
• Follow up on outstanding compliance requirements.
• Ensure all account-opening documentation is complete and compliant.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance files.
• Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare, process, and maintain client documentation.
• Update client information on internal systems.
• Liaise with clients, banks, and third-party service providers.
• Assist with transaction processing and client account administration.
• Support reporting, reconciliations, and operational functions.
• Maintain organised electronic filing and record-keeping systems.
