Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Fieldglass Manager to support the Global SCB Account onboarding and related activities. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinate with Workplace leads and facility managers, and ensure timely approvals and KYC checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-profile corporate environment preferred.
• Degree would be beneficial.
• HR exposure/experience is advantageous.
• Technical facilities background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding process end-to-end and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Organise go-live activities, training and platform demonstrations.
• Maintain onboardingProgramme and Knowledge Library.
• Address onboarding risks and ensure timely approvals and KYC validation.
• Provide subject matter expertise and exceptional client service.
