Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission new telecom equipment at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on existing network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to routers, switches, fiber optics, and other telecom devices.
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures while on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for travel within the Bloemfontein region.
