Placements24 is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Electrical to join our client in East London, Eastern Cape. The role covers on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment at customer sites.

Frequent travel to customer locations is required, with a focus on delivering timely diagnostics and effective solutions. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and provide technical training while upholding safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of field service or maintenance experience with industrial electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, and control panels.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing faults.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
