Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Somerset East is seeking a self-starting Field Sales Agent to identify, approach and convert prospective customers into service subscribers. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to activation, with earnings linked to your performance.

Qualifications

• Must have outbound sales experience and a proven track record in meeting targets.
• Independence and ability to work without close supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• High personal integrity and professional conduct.
• Experience selling broadband fibre, LTE or wireless internet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through activation.
• Develop and refine personal sales strategy for targeted areas.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline at all stages of the funnel.
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
