Job summary

Herotel is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify and convert prospective customers into subscribers. This field-based, commission-driven role requires a self-starter who can build and manage a sales pipeline and deliver against KPIs.

You will lead lead generation, prospect actively, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation, while maintaining accurate weekly activity reports and CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales experience (minimum 1-2 years).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities exist.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to activation.
• Plan daily field routes and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Submit weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records.
• Provide market insights and handover new subscribers to teams.
