Job summary

Herotel in Pretoria is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify, approach, and convert prospects into subscribers of our services. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation and operate field routes with door-to-door canvassing to build a strong pipeline.

You will report weekly, maintain CRM records, and hand over new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams. A target-driven mindset and English plus local languages are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1–2 years outbound sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Target-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
• English and local languages proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• High personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to activation.
• Plan daily field routes and canvassing to build pipeline.
• Proactively prospect and pitch to subscribers to hit targets.
• Submit weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records.
• Provide market intel and handover new subscribers to teams.
