Job summary

Herotel is seeking a Field Sales Agent in Gauteng to proactively identify and convert prospective customers into subscribers. This is a target-driven, field-based role with a commission structure and ownership of your sales pipeline.

You will plan daily routes, door-to-door canvassing, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation. The role requires a proven outbound sales track record, independence, and strong communication in English and local languages, plus a valid

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales track record (1–2 years minimum).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Experience selling broadband, LTE, or wireless internet advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Plan daily field routes and canvassing to build pipeline.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to activation.
• Submit weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records.
• Provide market intel on competitor activity and pricing.
• Handover new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
