Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a Field Sales Agent in Ermelo, Mpumalanga to proactively identify and convert prospects into subscribers. This role is target-driven and field-based, with a commission structure tied to performance.

You will generate leads, plan daily routes, manage the sales pipeline, and hand over new subscribers to install and after-sales teams while representing the company's values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales track record (1–2 years).
• Independent worker with time-management skills.
• Target-driven mindset and work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent sales and consultation abilities.
• English and local languages proficiency.
• MS Office proficiency and CRM willingness.
• High personal integrity.
• Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s license and transport.
• Experience selling broadband fibre/LTE/wireless is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to activation.
• Plan daily field routes, canvassing, and pipeline building.
• Submit weekly activity reports and keep CRM updated.
• Handover new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
