Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify and convert prospects into subscribers. This field-based, commission-driven role requires a self-starter who can independently build a sales pipeline and execute lead-generation strategies to hit KPIs.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation, generate daily routes, and maintain CRM records while delivering market insights to support area planning. English and local languages are required.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Plan daily field routes, canvassing, and pipeline development to hit targets.
• Submit weekly activity reports and keep CRM updated.
• Provide market intelligence and hand over new subscribers to installation/after-sales teams.
