Job summary

Herotel is seeking a Field Sales Agent in Limpopo to proactively identify, approach and convert prospects into subscribers. The role rewards ownership, initiative, and commission-based earnings tied to performance.

You will plan field routes, prospect, manage a sales pipeline, and hand over new subscribers to the installation and after-sales teams. Ideal candidates have a proven outbound sales track record, strong communication skills, and a Grade 12.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sales (minimum 1-2 years).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Target-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent sales and consultation skills.
• Able to communicate in English and applicable local languages.
• Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• High personal integrity.
• Grade 12.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport for field activity.
• Experience selling broadband fibre, LTE or wireless internet products and knowledge of local area advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers.
• Upselling and cross-selling where opportunities exist.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to activation.
• Plan and execute daily field sales routes and area penetration to build a pipeline.
• Proactively prospect, cold call, and pitch to potential subscribers to meet targets.
• Submit accurate weekly activity reports and maintain CRM records daily.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and pricing for area planning.
• Deliver a complete handover of new subscribers to installation and after sales teams.
• Represent Herotel professionally in the assigned area and reflect company values.
