Job summary

SAB is seeking a driven field sales professional in Welkom to drive growth in volumes and increase market share. You will work with distributors and retailers to ensure stock, pricing, and brand visibility across identified segments.

The role requires a 3-year degree, 2+ years in FMCG sales, a Code 8 driving licence, and strong admin skills. Proficiency in MS Office and local market knowledge are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales/marketing/FMCG.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.
• Excellent administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
• Manage and supervise distributors of assigned sector (order, payment, re-distribution).
• Ensure IB products are available in stock (complete range) in customers and retail outlets.
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in the performing outlet and used exclusively for IB PLC products in the assigned sector.
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets.
• Closely monitor actions of the competition.
