Job summary

Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Taung, North West, is looking for a results-driven Sales & Activations Agent to generate leads, run activations and close sales to hit monthly revenue targets. You will own each lead from first contact to signed agreement and represent the company in community events.

Responsibilities include daily lead generation, participating in activations and events, coordinating ambassadors, and maintaining CRM records while delivering market insights and ensuring a

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Willingness to travel within the project area, including weekends.
• Fluency in English and local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Carry and take accountability for a monthly revenue target.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach and activations.
• Own every lead through to activation and signed agreement.
• Convert interest into signed agreements at activations/events.
• Coordinate Ambassadors to align activity with the commercial plan.
• Report revenue and pipeline status weekly to Area Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM records of all leads and sales activity daily.
• Deliver handover of new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams.
