Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs and offering tailored, value-adding banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales targets through proactive client engagement, manage end-to-end applications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and procedures while adhering to governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA recognised FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher is required.
• Completion of the First Level Regulatory Examination is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive sales targets.
• Retrieve qualified leads from internal channels and contact existing or new customers to generate sales.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, guiding clients through the application, credit preparation, and post-sale queries.
• Track sales activities and leverage cross-sell opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Understand governance, legislation, and audit requirements relevant to banking products.
