Job summary

FNB in Johannesburg is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs and providing tailored banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply sales processes to achieve targets, generate leads, and manage the end-to-end client journey from initial contact to credit proposal, while complying with FAIS, NCA, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Source qualified leads and generate new business through internal and external channels.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, from initial contact to credit proposal and post-sale support.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance (FAIS, NCA) in all activities.
• Track and optimize sales activities to meet predefined targets.
