Placements24, on behalf of a vibrant hospitality group in Mahikeng, North West, is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead front-of-house teams, train staff, manage stock and inventory, ensure service quality, handle guest inquiries, and collaborate with kitchen to ensure menu accuracy.

Flexible hours include evenings and weekends; this is a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
