Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management.
• Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Proficiency in POS systems and relevant management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the outlet's daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation.
• Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
