Placements24 is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Port Elizabeth to oversee daily operations of the outlets, lead a service team, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a supervisory F&B role, strong customer service skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a busy setting. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu costing and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic hygiene and safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including service staff and outlet readiness.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for food, beverage, and service.
• Train and mentor F&B staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels for F&B supplies, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Assist in development of menus and promotional activities.
