Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B within hospitality
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Solid knowledge of F&B service standards, menu items and wine pairings
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of inventory management and cost control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic health and safety regulations knowledge in food service

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of hotel outlets including restaurants, bars and room service
• Lead, train and motivate F&B staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage inventory: stocktaking, ordering and receiving to control costs
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed in service areas
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist in F&B promotions and service standards implementation
• Coordinate with kitchen team for timely delivery of orders
• Oversee table settings, cleanliness and dining ambience
• Assist in preparing F&B performance reports and schedules
