Job summary

FirstRand Group is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance in the designated area. You will build strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service delivery, while applying established sales processes to meet individual targets.

The role requires FAIS-related qualification, completion of the First Level Regulatory Examination, and adherence to governance and credit processes.

Qualifications

• FSCA recognised FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
• NCA credit record check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Apply established sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engage, facilitate application, credit proposal, and post-sale support.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and grow the client portfolio.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing timelines, and governance requirements.
